Match data from 2 rows then return result from 2nd row different column

Hello,

I have been stuck in an excel merry-go-round.
Trying vlookups with match, index with match and even ifs and offsets. Nothing is working....

I need help.

I need to find a name from a spreadsheet, then match the breaks that are in different rows under the name and return the length of the break length from the column.

I have attached my workbook.

Any assistance would be great.
