    Getting the middle section pulled out

    gets me try out of try-56-vera. However what is the code to get 56 & another to get vera? thanks!

    If you always have dashes as delimiters you can use Data - Text to columns - Enter "-" as delimiter - In the last window select to not import the columns you do not need

    The problem was that I need these all together in one cell and separated in another formula which uses that formula. So I need to keep the formula.
