Hi people hope you can help,
I have attached a copy spread sheet with sum dummy stock data on it.
Please note all of these issues need to be able to deal with the fact that 0 is an actual stock number for all intents and purposes and should NOT be treated as a blank cell would be.
I make the assumption that a single stock item would work in the same fashion as any group and that there is few if any limitations on a groups size.
Issue 1
Need to pull the stock counts out in groups of stock count to see how many times since that particular stock has moved. The two groups I have used in the sample are 1,5,9 and 0,4,12.
The first Issue deals with pulling the actual Stock count number into a summary as shown.
Issue 2
Deals with the actual occurrence rate between sales (count if you like) of the particular stock group or stock item.
At the end of counting in each group there will be another count of the sales since the last occurrence, until the end of the stock counts (Unfinished Count)
Issue 3
Deals with removing the blank cells between occurrences or counts - so they can be viewed in a report, remaining in chronological order as shown.
Issue 4
Deals with summarizing the stock sales as per sales counts.
i.e. Number of times an invoice used stock 1, 2 , 3, etc.
Hope this all makes some sense - please help if you can - would be greatly appreciated.
