Pull ranked data from another sheet based on one cells criteria

Hi,

I am reposting this question with two attatchments to make it easier to understand. The "uncompleted" attachement shows what the file looks like blank and the "completed" attachment shows what I want it to do with a function or formula. The cell highlighted in yellow is the cell I want use for my crieteria that extracts information from sheet #2.

I am trying to make sheet #1 extract data from sheet #2. The catch is I am trying to extract a series of ranked cells from sheet #2 based of the criteria of one cell in sheet #1. What I want to be able to do is type any number into cell B2 in sheet 1 and have it pull the appropriate number of cells based off a ranking within that category. For example, if I type 3 into B2, I want it to import all item information (rank, item, description) between the ranking of 1-3. If I type 5 into B2, I will want items 1-5 imported from sheet #2 into sheet #1.

I am also open to advice on rearanging cells to accomodate a particular formula or function.
