    Total Per Day

    This is most likely a total newb question that someone can answer very easily, so many thanks in advance. I've tried searching to no avail. I need a formula to calculate $ amount per day using the format of the spreadsheet in the attached picture (e.g. the red box). PerDay.JPG
    Thanks again!

    Re: Total Per Day

    If you put the dates in all rows of column A, it is a simple sumif

    =SUMIF(A:A,TODAY(),C:C)

    Re: Total Per Day

    Don't hold your breath. Unless you're using Conditional Formatting in that Table to hide repeated dates, it won't be easy.

    If you are using CF in the Table and the dates are present on each row, then you could use SUMIFS.

    Not much anyone can deduce from a picture of a spreadsheet, I'm afraid.

    Re: Total Per Day

    Thanks guys. I'll study up on SUMIFS and start putting the date in every row. I thought it looked less cluttered without it but for functionality I'm sure its much better with it in every row. Thanks again!
