Conditional format a cell based on cumulative value of a row of cells

I have a spreadsheet that tracks $ received on a certain product on a monthly basis. I would like for the cell in which the "goal" is achieved to change to green fill once the set "goal" for that product is met. The goal may not be met until the 3rd month or maybe not even until the 8th month, etc. (the row needs to sum across as each new month's figures are entered). I figured out how to make the whole row change colors once the goal is achieved, however, I just want the cell where the goal was actually achieved to change colors and none of the other cells in that row I have attached a spreadsheet containing the basic look without any formulas or conditional formatting.

Here is one solution. It assumes that the goal cannot be met in the first month. If that is a bad assumption let me know and I'll take a second look.

Edit: Just noticed you wanted green. I made it yellow; just edit the conditional formatting rule.
