I have 6 users running off one computer using a excel
Spreadsheet.
Try to get spreadsheet to auto insert 24hr
Time format with time separator have use
Custom format and saved to spreadsheet
When different user logs on and access via USB
(To keep sheet alive) custom format time doesn't
Work and show correctly between accounts
Any help advice to try
Set the format once and he Share this workbook
Review-Changes-Share Workbok

Ok have tried it is ok on my account but change to another
Account it issue is still there
Try and explain a bit better one account I have open I type
Times in as 230 it converts it to 02:30 but when I go
To a second account and type in the above
It goes back to 0020 or something weird
