    index match not returning all results

    Hi guys
    in the attached spreadsheet i have an index match formula on the quote tool tab in cell J3 which will only return some of the results and returns #ref! on others.
    Can you point out where i have made the error please.

    Haven't you just got your column and row number indices the wrong way round?

    =INDEX('Std Doors'!J3:M40,MATCH('Quote tool'!A6,'Std Doors'!A3:A40,0),MATCH('Quote tool'!B1,'Std Doors'!J2:M2,0))
