    Timesheet calculating differently

    Hi,
I have a timesheet for work, and recently managed to add start times into column S.
The sheet looks at the start time in column B which updates the rate in column N to the corresponding rate.
The issue I'm having is Tea Money is applied after 1 hour overtime, but is now calculating after 0.5 hour on some of the start times.
    Any idea's would be appreciated.
