Insert Color Arrow based upon comparison

    Hello,

I tried messing around with the conditional formatting feature on the ribbon but I feel a formula may be needed. I am looking to compare two instances with the result being an arrow image. Upward arrow for increase, downward arrow for decrease, right arrow for no change. There is a color that needs to be associated with the score and a difference of at least 1 for an increase or decrease; anything less than 1 should result in a right arrow for no change, please see the demo for visual refernce.

There was one thing though, I notice that in your image the arrows are on both current month and prior month. I would only need one arrow representing the comparison of current and prior.
