Compare Worksheets: Transcribe adjorning cells and Insert value based on Fill Color

Basically what I am trying to do is thus:
Compare ColumnB(Excel 01) to ColumnB (Excel 02).
I.E. Liam exists in B2 (Excel 01) and B4 (Excel 02). Copy the cell C2 (Excel 01) to C4 (Excel 02).
Also, Liam in B2 (Excel 01) has a Fill Color of Orange. Insert "Yes" into D4 (Excel 02)
Using the same macro or formula: Grayson in B6 (Excel 01) has a Fill Color of Yellow. Insert "Maybe" into D8 (Excel 01). Since it exists in Excel 01 also.

I am more than happy to provide additional information. These are example excels. I work in a Law Firm and my actual excels contain sensitive information. Thank you so much. I've learned a lot from this forum.
