How to find the Area???

Hi Everyone,

I have attached the file, in the second row you will be able to find the formula in column E.
This is simple I would like to find the area but when I put the simple formula the result gives me "ZERO" instead of "12"

Please help with this.

=IF(OR(B2="",B2=0),C2*D2,IF(OR(C2="",C2=0),B2*D2,IF(OR(D2="",D2=0),B2*C2,B2*C2*D2)))
