Vlookup or index match, column data to rows

    OK Guru's - here's a tricky one....

Column A is a list of booking numbers, Column B is a list of first names, column C surnames, Column D Address line 1, Column E Address line 2 (and so on...). Thus, rows of address infomration about our customers are displayed.

However, where a booking has more than one customer, the booking number is repeated on a subsequent row with the 2nd customers information (which may also be a duplicate of address information - ie they live at the same address), this is repeated again for 3rd, 4th and so on customers.

The problem I have been trying to resolve is how to create an address list, that puts the name data of customers who live at the same address on the same row.

I have attached a workbook to help illustrate.

Sheet 1 is the source data, Sheet 2 is the data I'm trying to populate - you'll see that the Index match is working fine for the 1st customers details, but I'm totally stuck on populating the 2nd customer details...I have placed their names in red, to show you where I'm trying to build a formula to populate them.

I have tried various lengthy IF + VLOOKUP formauls, but nothing doing yet....

The list I have is many thousands long, so a manual process is out of the question.

    HELP...?
