i would like to get an incentive plan in place for a team who should do the following :
- train drivers : and get incentive on drivers ready to drive per head
- issue their driving licenses : and get their incentive per license issued
- if there is a driver who is returned due to lack of profession then this should be deducted out of the commission
- the fourth factor is the time of issuance
for example
if the training team got 3 drivers ready : they will get 5 points per driver
if the 3 drivers are return for training : they will get -5 per driver
if the license issuance team got 3 driving licenses done within time (1 week) : they get 5 points
if the license issuance team got 3 driving licenses done out of agreed time/delayed (2 weeks) : they get 3 points
if the license issuance team got 3 driving licenses done out of agreed time/delayed (3 - 4 weeks) : they get -2 points
if the license issuance team got 3 driving licenses done out of agreed time/delayed (4 weeks + ) : they get -5 points
if the driver is returned after license issuance, due to the reason of "lack of profession" then : -5 points will be deducted out of the next commission of all teams
i need this to be on an excel sheet and to get the points multiplied by the basic salary of the team member (let say $500) to get the commission/incentive per month
variables are :
-number of trainees pass
-number of licenses issued
-number of trainees returned to training
-number of drivers returned due to "lack of profession"
-Time consumed to get the licenses issued.
