    Conditional Formatting based on next column content

    Hi everyone,

    Is there a way for conditionally format cells based on the next column's content?

    For example, formatting T2 based on U2's date occurring? Highlight T2 if U2 date is within this month?

    Please help!!!

    =TEXT(U2,"mmmyyyy")=TEXT(TODAY(),"mmmyyyy")
