auto populate data

Hi, Sorry this might be a old topic, would like help on this. Say i have a data in Column A in sheet 1 and sheet 1 is used only to input data. Now i have sheet 2 where i need to use the data from Sheet 1. What i want is when i type a letter in cell A1 it is should auto populate me with suggestion ( something like what we see in google search ). Is this possible without Macros ?
Secondly wanted to check in the same example i have Details enter for column A and the details for it in 5 rows i.e till column D, there is another column F with set of data and its detail in 5 rows i.e till Column J. Same in sheet 2 if i write any info from the column A or D it should select the info for the same.

If possible with NO MACRO's

Your current data layout is awkward for data retrieval ..
Suggest that you consider making it like this simple layout below (a 5 col format), with an additional column for Class. Then you could just stack data for all the classes up (via copy > paste) and then use filter to retrieve based on whatever criteria desired, eg Filter on Names col, etc. No need macros, no need formulae, just a one time effort on data layout re-arrangement

Class Names Age Marks Attendence Remark
Class 1 a 1 10 Good Pass
Class 1 b 2 50 Bad Pass
Class 1 c 3 60 Poor Fail
Class 1 d 4 12 Average Fail
etc
