Question How to return with combined value from different cells with same name?

    Hello,

I am working with some data in epidemiology. The data is from Jan to Dec in columns. Repeated measurement of the same person in rows. Now the number of repetition of the same person is different from 1 to around 10. And I have more than 20,000 total rows. I want to return in different cells in the same spread sheet with combined value (sum) of same person in the same month. Could someone help me with this? A short version of example is attached. Thank you very much...
