Bill costs workout for running year on daily basis

In column D is the actual meter reading

In column E is the number of days

In column F is the average per day used

In column G is the actual per day used

In column H is the per day standing charge

In column I is the actual water cost per cubic meter

In column J is the actual cost per day including standing charge plus water units cost and water units consumed

In column K is the actual running cost to date (added when put in the actual units used)

In column L is the running forecasted cost to date 1416 / 365

What I would like to perform is when I put in the measured units the functions in columns J, K, are filled automatically without any of the bottom part of the date we filled in the measured units, it could be “0” value.

So I can have a visual to date cost and running total cost, it seems average consumption is two cubic meter per day
