Find row cell containing specific text, then delete all rows ABOVE that cell

Need to:

1: Find cell containing specific text "description info" (will for sure be in first 10 rows of worksheet).
2: After that cell is identified, count the number of rows above it:

IF more than 10 rows above it, then display warning:
"my warning message"

IF clicked OK
THEN delete rows above identified cell

IF clicked cancel
THEN end sub

This would have to be done with a Macro as no Formula would be able to delete rows.
