How to remove duplicates

Please find the attachment.

I want to remove the duplicaes.

in the column B some of the no.s are duplicate, in that i want to remove the dupliacate with old date (Date is in column A).

So, here B2 having 11396 and it is repeated in B3, where as for B2 is older than b3 (B2 is older becuase of the date in A2).

So i want to delete old date and i want to keep the new from the duplcates.

Can you help me on this.

Better please try to use formula if not Macros.

welcome to the forum. try this formula somewhere in row 2 & copy down:
=SUMPRODUCT(MAX(($B$2:$B$66=B2)*$A$2:$A$66))=A2

filter those FALSE ones & delete them.
