IF Formula with condition

Out of conditions you mentioned two conditions evaluate to be true
Condition-4 IF(E1>=0 False
Condition-5 IF(E1<=0 True
Condition-6 IF(C4<D1 True

Which condition you want to evaluate first, conditions 4 and 5 or condition 6?

What if Condition-3 IF(D4<=0 is False, what do you want then? Because D4 and D5 both are greater than 0 and you have not mentioned that what do you want to do in that case.

Try the formula given below and replace "" with what do you want if condition-3 is false.

condition-3 is if(D4<=0 is false than E4-$D$1.
i have try to replace it "" with but i got answer -100 instead of 800.
