Display with first three text name with highest number of records based on date

Hello Everyone!

In the attached sheet, I want to display check name with total records for individual one from Columns J to O in template sheet.

Please check that all date sheet (i.e. 01-Dec-2013, 02-Dec-2013 etc) contain a variable "Download_DT" from which the formula should filter only date with sheet name.

i.e. for sheet 01-Dec-2013, different date are there in column Download_DT 27/11/2013 20:34,
28/11/2013 20:34
01/12/2013 20:34

I am not getting proper output. It should match with the output which I have provided. (The formula will only filter data with date mentioned in the sheet)


Is it possible for you to populate the same in Columns J to L. along with total records from M to O

J--highest record
K----second highest
L--third highest

can anyone help me whether its possible or not
