    Dear
    Please find the below Example here , that i need a Maximum of Number in CHECK-1, that criteria matched with CHECK2 & CHECK-3

    ex-
    B & A Matched in check 1 & 2 in two places but highest number in check-1 is "3".

    Other option with non-array formula:
    =MAX(INDEX(($E$5:$E$21=H5)*($F$5:$F$21=I5)*$D$5:$D$21,))
