INO Formula assistance for simple Choice Time Accruals

New member In Need Of asssitance with a formula for simple accruals of Choice Time.

Full/Time Employees (40 hours) accrue 8.9230 hours per bi-weekly pay (232 hours per calender year). I do not need a formula for recalculating when time is taken, only the accrual levels earned with each of the 26 pay periods. I know I can achieve this by simple addition but I need to create a chart for the entire organization...

I feel confident that I can adjust the formula respectively for the different levels of accruals if I have someplace to start. We have 4 earning tiers, 4 employee tiers, and 24 different accrual rates.

I am looking for a springboard. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
