Combining multiple worksheets into another worksheet

Hi, I am trying to find an easy way to combine 22 worksheets that are in 1 workbook. Each worksheet represents a program and all have identical columns (A through M). Each worksheet has a different and unknown number of rows.

I have added a new worksheet at the end called "Combined Log" and want to use this combined/consolidated worksheet during meetings to quickly show all incidents that were logged for the programs at one time.

I am consider myself an intermediate user with Excel, but have never really understood how to use VBA Project so have been unable to successfully use some help items I have found on the internet to solve my problem.

I am currently working in Excel 2007 and any guidance would be appreciated.
