Data validation : Between "len" formula

hello all,
i have some formula data validation to restrict number of character input, (between 6-11 character)

this code :

but not work, allow data entry with criteria :
1) all data number ; and
2) count of character between 6-11 character

please help me. and thanks in advance..

Are they whole numbers? Or might there be decimal values too?

If they are just whole numbers and no decimals, use the built in Validation Type
Whole Number
Minimum: 1000000
Maximum: 9999999999
