vlookup and colors

i need your help.
i have an excel file having 2 sheets.
the second sheet is full of datas.
in first sheet i have similar datas but in different oder and i need to copy datas from sheet2 at corresponding item: using vlookup i can copy "x" but i can't copy colour.

how can i solve?

Does it have to be an X in sheet 2? Cant you have x y & z then you can use conditional formatting to change the colour.

yes, all "x" because come from another vlookup command.
