but it still showing me the word "VALUE"
How to not have it value word

Try this........
=IF($A1="";"";(100/$A1*B1)/100)
Similarly in AC1 use the below formula.....

Welcome to the Forum
In your formula column L & M are formatted as numbers. Hence the result shows as "value". Try this formula in column AC10 = IF(OR(L9="",M9=""),0,(100/$L9*$M9)/100)
