Need to add to a formula so it will use the 1st and last values if in allocated range

This is a new problem for a formula I thought I had sorted but appears to have sprung another hole. I'm wanting to only use the first and last values if they are within the range (UL and LL) I thought I had this for the last value but am trying to amend the IF formula slightly but it keeps resulting for all datapoints so would welcome any solutions.

In addition I now need the first data point to also be used if in range. I never looked at this as I was assured the first point would be out 99.9% of the time and therefore thought I'd manually manipulate it should it occur however I have 2 in my first 5 data sets :-(. The issue I have is similar to the one above.

I have attached the workbook and welcome any feedback and please ignore (Or help solve if you can) the errors in columns G,H and I this is an entirely different issue which I am seeking help for on another thread so would suggest using the master sheet tab to solve this.

    Thanks again in advance
