    Exclamation Countif Formula

    Hi Everyone,

    I need someone's help with a problem I have with a forumla =COUNTIF(J3:J152,"henlow")+COUNTIF(K3:K152,"e1")

I need to count two different ranges containing words. For example I ONLY want it to count place "henlow" and the persons rank "E1" I dont want it to count other places and other matching ranks.

    I'm using Excel 2003.

I'm grateful if anyone could help.

    Many Thanks

    Re: Countif Formula

    Maybe:
    =SUMPRODUCT((J3:J152="henlow")*(K3:K152="e1"))
