'WHATIF' function help to count number of mins spent at specified thresholds

    Hey guys,
I have collected some data and am struggling with some of the analysis I'd like to do.
I have a long list of ratio numbers for METs (basically a ratio of total energy expenditure:energy expenditure at rest)
I would like to count number of mins each person spent in bouts (e.g. >5 min) above a certain MET threshold as there is some evidence performing activity in bouts is more beneficial.

So far I have analyzed mins spent above specific thresholds using the WHATIF function e.g. "=COUNTIF(L10:L10089,"<1.5")", but I am struggling to find out how to count which of these mins were in bouts as specified before. I have a huge data set (every min of 7 days for ~ 100 subjects) so any help would be much appreciated and save me a lot of time.
    Thanks

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
