SUMIFS does not exist in Excel 2003. Typically, you would just use SUMPRODUCT.

I have the above code which I have been informed is a viable alternative however the below part of the code counts the cells on the Stats page and not the sheets page and I am not sure how to amend the code to counts rows 2:500 of the sheets pages. The use of OFFSET and INDIRECT ( volatile functions) will slow your sheet down.
Could you post a small sample sheet ( no pics please) showing BEFORE and AFTER ? Thx
Here is a sample of the work I am trying to summarise.
There are more sheets than shown and their names have been defined as a range in sheet1 (A1:A7)
