calculations not working

Good afternoon,

this is something that is confusing me like hell.


I have a formula that pulls data from a table and it appears to work for everyone but 1 person and I cant think why

=SUMPRODUCT((Table_disputed[Handler]=$B5)*(Table_disputed[Date Received]>=$C$1)*(Table_disputed[Date Received]<=$D$1))


C1 and D1 being date ranges..


What checks can I do to see why it isnt working? I have copied the name directly from the table and placed it in my sheet and vice versa and the information still doesnt pull.

Hi,

It might be worth checking first of all that there is at least one value in Table_disputed[Handler] which matches precisely that in B5, specifically that there is no unwanted extra spacing in either range.

Maybe you have a space at the end or an extra space in the middle for that name - use LEN on a cell that contains the name to see how many characters you have.
