Updating from Multiple Workbooks

Nearing home time to EVE ONLINE! \o/
However, I have been Googling how to do this and not finding the solution I am looking for.
- I have one workbook that is pulling data from other workbooks
- Main Report is on a Company Server
- Other Workbooks also on Company Server
- Currently ALL docs need to be opened to update the correct data
- I want the doc to update no matter who has opened the file and
- Update regardless of whether or not the other workbooks are or aren't open.

It depends on the type of formulas you are using. Some formulas require workbooks to be open, others don't.
Can you provide more detail about your data, how you're pulling it, the names of functions involved?

Hrrrm, I hadn't thought of that when making the forms.
Most of the items are "getpivotdata" or simple formulas mouse-pointing to the cell of the other workbook.
If these types won't work, of some do and some do not, am I able to link the workbooks to the main?

I am sorry, but I do not have much experience with GETPIVOTDATA.
When linking workbooks, I usually try to use SUMPRODUCT or other functions that work with referencing closed workbooks. You may wish to try creating links to import the raw data, and create your pivots within your own workbook.
