Logical Function help needed PLEASE

Hey guys,
Need help with a logical function please.

I need to have a table that has the last column as 'complete'

the function needs to send rows marked as complete to the next sheet. also, as an added bonus, would i be able to group the rows moved to sheet2 into ones determined by another column (eg themes).

Is this at all possible?
using excel 2010
any help will be appreciated
