Compound interest calculation from one specific date to another specific date.
Hi All
I'm looking for some help as I'm an excel novice. Would somebody be able to advise me if there is a way to do a compound interest calculation of an amount of £X increasing at y% from one specific date to another. E.g. today's date 18th February 2014 to say 8th August 2032?
I know the basics of formulas. + - * / ^

Thanks for your prompt response, however, I'm not sure that does what I'm looking for. The investment periods that I require is not a whole amount, it needs to be date specific. As in my example of 18 years 5 months and so many days.
