Combining 3 conditions in IF statement

Could someone expert help me with this equation:

IF((Sheet2!$D$3:$D$45=B4 AND Sheet2!$O$3:$O$20000="1" AND Sheet2!$A$3:$A$20000="OPEN"),"1","0")

Could you help me with this data?

Same like combining these 3 conditions, but I still cant get the answer.

I did try this equation also:
=SUMPRODUCT(Sheet2!$D$3:$D$20000=B4,Sheet2!$O$3:$O$20000="1",Sheet2!$A$3:$A$20000="OPEN")

But the value = 0.

The value for the January (within the range of 26/12/2012 - 25/1/2013) should be 2

Can someone help me with this????
