Need help with Conditional formatting and VLookup/Match

I found this calendar on one of the threads and made some changes to it. However, there are a few things that I can’t figure out.

    1) If there is nothing in the 5th and 6th weeks (bottom two rows), I want the week numbers and store numbers to also be blank and highlighted blue. It's conditional formatting but when I try to include those cells, I "screw up" the whole thing.

    2) This is the tricky one…. I want to autopopulate from the Schedule tab. The Schedule tab has a 6 week schedule that we follow for the entire Fiscal Year (52 or 53 weeks). The week of February 1st is the start of the Fiscal year, week 1. The schedule that we followed that week was week 1 on the Schedule tab. Fiscal Year week 2 we worked Schedule tab week 2 and so on. Fiscal Week 7 we worked Schedule tab week 1. It just keeps going and going.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want the whole workbook completed. Just a little help would be greatly appreciated.

OK, how about a little help? Give me this and it will help me out.

What would be the formula to ask Excel to:

On Sheet 1, if there is a number 1 in cell A5 and if there is a number 8 in cell B5, then look on Sheet 2 for the number 1 in column A and the number 8 in column B. Put the number that is in column C of Sheet 2 on cell C5 of sheet 1.

    This will get me started.
