Please Help with excel solver

Hello Everyone !

I would like some help with the 2 spreadsheets below . I would like to minimize the red cell by changing the values in the green cells .
I have 2 constraints though . in the first sheet the values changed should be between -1 and 1 and in the second sheet values should be between 0 and 1

In sheet "EFFICIENT FRONTIER SHORT ALL" its impossible. Value in K12 doesn't calculate form green range

Your Solver model calls for a constraint that R24C10 (J10) should equal 1, but that cell is completely blank with no values, formulas, or dependencies. Solver seems to work fine if I enter a 1 in that cell, but, as I am unsure what your reasoning is for having that constraint (perhaps there should be a formula of some kind in that cell), I cannot really recommend that as the final solution. I think if you figure out what your intention is behind that constraint, you will have your solution.
