Hi
I have a excel file in sheet 1 containing 45000 records of names , unique No , etc. In sheet 2 have similar 28450 records (sheet 2 records are subset of sheet 1 records with same header). I want to do advanced filter in sheet 1 for records, which are not in sheet 2(by taking Unique No. header for filter criteria).
Please assist

Im not sure you would use Advanced filter for this?
What I would do, is use vlookup() on sheet1 into sheet2 to ID all teh matches, then filter on all teh errors - those will be the ID's not found. You can then copy that list to where you want it
