Sumifs Help

Hello all,

I need some help trying to get the sumifs formula to work. Attached is the basic info I am working with. What I need is 1) to get the sum for total weight processed on a specific day between a specific time range. and 2) I need to get the average processing time for a specific date and a time range. Please someone help. Book1.xlsx

Kg Recv'd 16:30 - 01:00
Average Time 16:30 - 01:00
those times overlap 16:30 would be counted twice once for recieved 08:00 - 16:30 and again for 16:30 - 01:00

You are correct so tje secomd set should actually be fromm 16:30:01 to 01:00

well i can get the kg recieved but i dont know what you mean by average time is that average time recieved or average of end time -beg time

What I need is according to the date to take the time for each day and time period (same as for the total kg) and calculate the average time for how long it took us to get the kgs processed.
Date Start Time Date End Time
4/23/13 11:44:04 4/23/13 11:44:15 0:00 1 3
4/23/13 12:45:15 4/23/13 12:45:26 0:00 1 4
