Formule to make a list

I have an Excel file with 3 columns, see the attached file.

Column 1: Yes/No
Column 2: A/B
Column 3: a number

I am looking for a formule to make a list with the the following codes: Yes + A + the number. I don't want to do this with the filter, because the database that I am working with is to big to filter by hand.

Could anyone help me with this?
