I have attached a shortened down version of a ss I am using. The sheet records cancellations each month by policy type, what I am wanting to do is in the first 3 tables, named; H&C canx, MV Canx and Commercial Canx is have those tables total by reason code each month. So I need a formula that will look up, the policy type and reason code and return totals each month. (if possible!)
