RAG Status based on OLD / New Target (Conditional Formatting)

Hi,

I have a dashboard which tracks performance based on Months / Weeks / Days.

The results are coloured using conditional formatting to compare the performance vs. target. We now have a new target moving forward but the historics still need to be measured against the old target.

Attached is the worksheet i am using with old and new targets.

I'll try again...

I have a worksheet which colours the results based on target. (Green if above, Red if Below etc).

The target has now from todays data. So any results after 27/03/2014 i need to look at the new target.
