using concatenate formula ( will detemine teh data depending on the preceding column)

I am trying to use concatenate formula to summarize my data but my problem is I want to detemine teh concatenate items depending on the preceding column. If i will use 10 in the column B, it will not use the data in column C but will use "10 - Others" insteadquestion_concatentate formula.xlsx

Thanks for the reply but I am sorry I was not clear with my question but you almost soved my problem

The formula you suggested is what I want except that the F2:F7 is not showing anything. It should still concatenate the column A, B and C
