Resource allocation Per Project

I have resource allocation data per project (% allocation). I want to have a single table/graph where I can find project name (as rows), Months(as columns) and intersection cells tell me the number of associates allocated in a project in a particular month. Pls help me find the solution. attached is the sample data.
