Need help with attached workbook.
I need the Cost Center Names located on Sheet 3 in Column B to appear in Sheet 1 Column A. The names are based on the Cost CTR Number on Sheet3ColumnA and Must Match Sheet1ColumnB

You have a problem with the data on sheet 3. There are many instances of multiple names for Cost Center Numbers. In addition, there are over 400 duplicates not including the aforementioned names.
The matches in this file are for only the first encounter with the number on sheet3

There is also a problem with the Cost Ctr numbers on Sheet1. There are multiple spaces after many if not all the numbers in column B. I used the TRIM function in the formula as a quick fix for that.

As pointed out above, there are spaces in column B. Excel is very specific when looking up items, therefore:
"H220 " does not agree to "H220"
You need to remove these spaces using the TRIM() function. The below shows the amounts trimmed in a separate column, however you can put them in the lookup function aswell.
