Data Validation Custom Formula

I have a list in Sheet1 at range A2:A20 with names.
I want to make Data Validation with "CUSTOM" formula (NOT DropDown by LIST) in Sheet2 in range B2:B50.

With Data Validation , I want to prevent inputing the wrong names which not in Sheet1 at range A2:A20

I tried the formula like "=B2=Sheet1!$A$2:$A$10" at Sheet2 in range B2:B50 as Custom formula of Data Validation, but it's working only first name at B2 NOT others.

How can I modify the formula or any other solution?

Give the table in sheet1 a name, like "Names"
in the required result cell, set the data validation to allow - list, deselect Ignore blank, select In-cell Dropdown.

For source enter =names
