Function to calculate hours and rate

I feel like I should know how to do this, however I'm feeling a little stuck. I need to figure out how to enter a function that will calculate the total hours worked on and the total cost. I have parameters for the hours set at 1 (so one hour) and I have the different rates, however the rates are per half hour. For example: At Gym A you expect to get two massages per month, both for one hour, and the rate charged is $30.00 per half hour. What's the total cost at the end of the month?
