    How would you organize this data?

    I have the attached sample sheet, I need to have a column with all of the bold property names and a separate list of all of the addresses. is there a formula for me to plug in to do this?

    also on the other columns D-J if I need to eliminate the spaces I have just been pressing F5>special> blanks and deleting the blanks. any other suggestions for doing this process?

    Hi, see the "Revised" TAB

    I've used the TRIM() function to remove spaces "ORANGE"

    Hi,

    1) The BLUE data looks at Sheet1, Col B and determines if there is any data in it. If there is data, then it shows the property name in "Revised" sheet Col B. If there is no data, then it assumes this is the address and puts it in Col C.

    2) The ORANGE data looks at Sheet1, Col D-J and removes all spaces before and after the text.
